The agreement was signed by Kuwaiti Defense Minister Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah and President of Defense Industry Agency Dr Haluk Gorgun during the minister’s official visit to Turkey, the ministry said in a statement.
