Position: Security Officer (Oil & Gas Sector)
Location: [AUSTRALIA/INDONESIA ]

We are looking for a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for safeguarding our personnel, equipment, and critical energy infrastructure.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Access Control: Monitor and control all entry and exit points for personnel, visitors, and vehicles, ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
Surveillance & Patrolling: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of the facility perimeter, including pipelines, drilling sites, or refineries, to detect suspicious activity.
Asset Protection: Guard high-value equipment and materials against theft, vandalism, and illegal tapping or sabotage.
Emergency Response: Act as a first responder in the event of fires, medical crises, or security breaches, following established emergency and evacuation protocols.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure all staff and visitors adhere to strict safety protocols and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Incident Reporting: Maintain detailed logs and prepare accurate written reports on all daily activities, irregularities, or security incidents.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous experience in military, law enforcement, or industrial security (highly preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical fitness for long shifts and patrolling in various weather conditions.
