Job Description
-Develop operation strategies and overseeing factory operations
-Monitoring industrial and trade licenses and ensuring compliance
-Managing customs exemptions and quality controls in coordination with the relevant ministries
-Tracking ministry requests, credits, analyses and tests
-Managing the factory’s workforce and raw material needs to ensure smooth operations
-Monitoring production reports and quality control
-Monitoring maintenance reports and overseeing maintenance activities
-Procuring spare parts and ensuring their quality and approval
-Assessing the factory’s machinery needs and improving equipment performance

-Forms of production including
-Daily Production and Monthly Production Plan
-Organizing work schedule for employee
-Mold changes procedures
-Facilitating and communication between sales and production departments
