Operations Manager

We are Hiring: Operations Manager (Food&Bev)
for a well reputed restaurant group in Kuwait City.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage daily operations of multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring consistency in food quality, service, and customer experience.
2. Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures across all outlets.
3. Manage and optimize staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure high performance and exceptional service.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients and supplies.
5. Coordinate with kitchen, front-of-house, and catering teams to ensure efficient operations.
6. Drive cost control and ensure profitability while maintaining the quality of food and service.
7. Handle customer feedback, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction is consistently met.
8. Work closely with marketing and brand teams to ensure alignment with promotional activities and brand values.
