Retail Store Manager

We are hiring Retail Store Manager for a retail fashion brand 

* The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for staff management, handling their schedules, assisting with shifts and tasks, and managing all responsibilities and duties to ensure compliance.
* Works closely with the staff to monitor performance and ensure tasks are completed correctly.
* Oversees inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring that inventory is managed to minimize shortages and excesses, including ensuring quality and coordinating with necessary suppliers.
* Sets sales targets, monitors performance, and implements strategies to boost profitability.
* Focuses on customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service, resolving complaints, and enhancing the shopping experience.
* Ensures compliance with store policies and health and safety standards.
Under 40 years of age, Male
3 to 4 years of experience. Up to 600 KD with target based commissions .
