- Proven experience in an indoor sales role, preferably in the construction or aluminum industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and convey them effectively to customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of the Kuwait market and customer base is advantageous.
