Scope of Works:
This project is to construct a microgrid with controls to provide power to the ARTC at Camp Buehring.

The project will include the following: add a new 500kW solar photovoltaic (PV) array on roofs, add a new 200kW solar PV array on new carports, and a 1.5MW/1.5 MWH technically proven battery energy storage system (BESS), and one new 1500kW generators. Rooftop PV will be installed on 2 of the following Buildings in the ARTC (605,606, 608, 610 or 611), and new carports next to the ARTC.

The MCS will install a stand-alone network with monitoring and control system. The microgrid will be capable of providing for Mission critical operations, as required, while also supporting daily operations through integration with the existing diesel generator sets.

Project is a design bid build for the installation microgrid system consisting of 700KW roof mounted solar arrays and a 1.5MWH BESS. The project includes all associated electrical cable and conduit, electrical panels, transformers, inverter system, ethernet, and fiber optic communication lines, cyber security measures, security fencing, concrete pads. The Microgrid system will include a master and synchronization controllers. The master controller will integrate the energy sources to provide overall monitoring and control of the power assets.

Equipment concrete pads shall be constructed for all outdoor equipment as shown on the Contract drawings. The project also calls for building a shade canopy over
