 The anticipated contract will be (5) years Task Orders will generally range from $25,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The total of individual task orders placed shall not exceed $35,000,000.00 for all IDIQ contract holders

Scope of Works:
The government is seeking no more than six (6) vendors for construction projects at Camp Arifjan, Camp Buehring, SPOD, and all other current and future US Military Installations and Facilities in the State of Kuwait.

Projects include but not limited to shore and waterfront facility repair, and built-in equipment project work classified as repair, construction, maintenance, equipment installation, sustainment, restoration / modernization, and demolition.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, and logistic support required to execute all the works. In addition, the contractor shall provide all mobilization, quality assurance, safety, badging and supervision for their work force.

The work the Contractor performs will include, but is not limited to, tasks in a variety of trades such as: architectural, carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior and exterior electrical work, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete, asphalt, masonry, welding, mechanical, landscaping, irrigation systems, minor construction to include modular type construction as well as K-spans, and other construction trades.
