Site visit Instruction:
As part of the subject solicitation, a scheduled site visit will be available for those parties who wish to attend. In order to be granted access to attend the site visit, interested parties must submit 1) Photocopy of the passport for the individual who will be attending the site visit and/or 2) Photocopy of the Kuwait Civil ID for the individual who will be attending the site visit. Site visit attendance will be limited to two (2) individuals per company.

Approval for access to the site visit location(s) is the purview of the Government of Kuwait and the Kuwait Ministry of Defense (KMOD). It is the responsibility of the firms planning to attend the site visit that they are familiar with the KMOD security requirements and restrictions, particularly those restrictions related to the nationality of potential attendees. The U.S. Government & USACE will not be responsible for any denial of access by the Government of Kuwait for any reason.

Site Visit Submission Instructions: Interested parties who would like to attend the site visit must submit the access identification documentation listed above to the Contracting Officer

Site visit documentation will be due no later than July 1, 2024 at 1000 EST to the Government points of contact listed above. Failure to submit your firms site visit documentation by July 1, 2024 could result in your site visit request being denied.
